For an economic, particularly seed gentle and high quality pelleting, the company SUET Saat- und Erntetechnik GmbH in Eschwege, Germany effectually utilizes the RPS Rotary Pelleting System. It has been developed according to the principle of Rotor-Stator-devices and offers great advantages for the pelleting of seeds.
The RPS Rotary Pelleting System by SUET ensures an even layer structure of the pelleted seeds with a defined stability. The duration of the seed batches in the machine is limited to a minimum. This protects the seed, guarantees a high quality standard of the pelleting and reduces production costs.
- Rotary System
The RPS Rotary Pelleting System works according to the rotation principle. In a fixed vertical outer wall, a curved bowl rotates horizontally. A specifically formed and arranged rejection at the outer wall ensures an even, gentle circulation of the seed batches. All system elements are made of stainless steel.
- Charging
The seeds can either be weighed manually (small seed quantities) or automatically (large seed quantities) into the RPS Rotary Pelleting System. For a continuously charging the machine is equipped with an electronic weighing system.
- Liquid dosing
A spraying disk is carrying in two steps the even humidification and the exact spreading of the binder.
- Dosage of the pelleting material
The appropriate, constant input and the precise spreading of the pelleting material are made by a dosing screw. A sufficing supply of pelleting material is ensured by a container. Construction and exhaust of the RPS Rotary Pelleting System take care for dust-free working- and environmental conditions.
- System control
The RPS Rotary Pelleting System by SUET is equipped with a freely programmable system control. Depending on the seed species and the batch size, the liquid dosing and the dosage of the pelleting material can be chosen individually, safely controlled and saved at a Touch Screen monitor. Deposited standard programs allow a quick and exact reproducibility of each working step.
- Emptying
After finish of the pelleting process, the RPS Rotary Pelleting System is completely emptied by an electronic controlled exit valve.
